Once a month PKB will send your way a REMOTE WORKOUT, where we highlight exactly where and how we get the MOST out of the PKB… as well as curious glances by passerby’s ; )

Todays REMOTE WORKOUT: Surf's Up!

Warm-up for 3-5 minutes: PKB Swing, single or double-arm 

REPEAT 3-5 TIMES 
20 Swing/Clean/Push-press (10 per side)
20 Snatch Lunge (10 per side)
20 Man-makers: push-up, row, clean, thruster (10 per side)
1 Minute Plank hold

Cool work out. Def gonna do this at the jersey shore this year ( if it ever warms up).
